Restorative mediation to navigate family change with care

Get Started

Family-Centered Mediation

All sessions are available virtually nationwide.

We support families navigating separation, co-parenting, and custody decisions with dignity and emotional safety. Whether you’re redefining your partnership, building a parenting plan, or seeking repair after conflict, our approach centers on shared values, respectful communication, and the well-being of your children.

Our family-centered services include conscious divorce mediation, collaborative custody and co-parenting planning, documentation and communication support, and restorative dialogue opportunities for closure and repair. We honor diverse family structures—including attachment-based parenting, homeschooling, nesting arrangements, and shared caregiving—and tailor each process to your unique rhythm and needs.

All services are grounded in restorative principles, trauma-informed care, and child-centered planning to help families move forward with clarity and connection.

Co-Parenting & Custody Planning

• Crafting mutually respectful parenting schedules

• Supporting nesting or shared-home transitions

• Navigating homeschooling agreements or curriculum concerns

• Exploring communication rhythms and boundary repair

• Creating co-parenting agreements rooted in shared values

Conscious Divorce Mediation

• Facilitating closure and transition with dignity

• Clarifying financial or property-related intentions (non-binding)

• Supporting emotional de-escalation and cooperative planning

• Offering space for repair where rupture occurred

• Naming shared goals for the children and household structure

Documentation & Resolution Support

• Drafting clear summaries of what was discussed and agreed upon

• Optional co-drafted joint statements, apologies, or parenting commitments

• Preparing non-binding written outlines to guide next legal steps

• Agreements may be made legally binding with attorney review and appropriate legal filing if both parties choose

Restorative Circles & Closure Conversations

• Facilitated dialogue between co-parents, extended family, or support people

• Closure or reparation circles for children (when developmentally appropriate)

• Talking circles following high-conflict separations or ruptures

• Reconnection support after shifts in caregiving roles or living arrangements

Important Notes

• Mediation is not legal advice and does not replace the role of attorneys or courts. Parties are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if needed.

• All sessions are confidential, voluntary, and non-binding unless both parties choose to formalize outcomes separately.

• Mediation is guided by principles of compassionate neutrality, trauma-informed care, and child-centered planning.
